We need Telemarketing Person (WORKING AT YOUR LOCATION)

1) Who can Call US clients between 9am to 5 pm EST time..(India time say 7pm to 3am)

2) Person will be calling US clients for booking Classifieds for our websites using VOIP adapters (magicjack) provided by US.

3) Preference if person have call center and/or computers knowledge..

4) Person will get paid (MAX $177 paid in a month) OR 30% commission per month which ever is higher.

$1 paid for every 2 client called (if work at his/her location) and documented well in excel
OR $1 paid for every 4 clients called/talked (when working at our premises) and documented well in excel
OR commission which ever is higher (as suggested below)

5) If classified booked entirely by you (from booking to posting classified) then you get

30% commission on total paid price (Say $200) at first level (You get $60=30% of $200)
5% commission added if you book, and edit/post classified in advised websites yourself (Say Total paid $200 so extra $10)
5% Extra Commission on Total bonus paid to your referral on his direct booking (Say your referral or downline books classified and does $1000 business in a month, then you will get (5% of his commission as extra bonus OR ..$15 extra on his commission of $300)
